Description

“Maridaje Salvaje” was created as a tribute to International Chardonnay Day. An invitation to discover our Salvaje 100% Chardonnay from a different perspective: the wine, chocolate and nuts coming together in the same moment.

This gift box includes Salvaje, our 100% Chardonnay: a fresh, expressive and characterful white wine, created for those looking to enjoy a wine that takes the road less travelled. In the glass, it reveals its vibrant and enveloping side, with acidity that cleanses the palate and a texture that develops new nuances when paired with sweet, toasted and subtly bitter flavours.

To accompany it, we have selected a combination of Paca products that go beyond being a simple accompaniment, creating a small tasting experience through contrasting flavours. The macadamia nut coated in white chocolate, always included in the pack, brings creaminess and softness, enveloping the freshness of the Chardonnay and revealing a gentler, more indulgent side of Salvaje.

This pairing is completed with a second Paca, with a choice of two options. The pecan nut coated in caramelised chocolate and coffee enhances the wine’s toasted nuances, sweet caramel notes and a subtly bitter finish that extends the wine on the palate. The hazelnut coated in dark chocolate, meanwhile, brings intensity, depth and a more pronounced contrast, ideal for those seeking a pairing with greater character.
