Description

The Piensa en Blanco pack brings together two white wines that represent the contemporary vision of Bodegas Monte La Reina: respect for the grape variety, innovation in winemaking, and a constant pursuit of balance between freshness, texture and character.

On the one hand, Salvaje, a distinctive white wine made from 100% Chardonnay, fermented in 500-litre barrels and aged for three months in French oak. A wine intended to be enjoyed in its youth, yet with pronounced richness and structure, where barrel fermentation adds volume, complexity and elegant toasted notes without sacrificing freshness or vibrancy.

On the other, Monte la Reina Desafiante, madre from 100% Verdejo, expresses the freshest, most aromatic and well-balanced side of the variety. A clean and straightforward wine, with notes of white fruit, subtle herbal nuances and natural acidity that invites another sip.
